Craig Mills Joins Team Morden
Morden is proud and excited to announce that Craig Mills has joined the Morden team in the role of Principal.
Craig is a recognised leader in the built environment. The depth of experience that he has in project management and cost management allows him to guide projects from a strategic planning, procurement and project delivery perspective.

The role of Principal will see Craig connect with clients and lead projects across the sectors that both he and the Morden team know well. This includes government, local council, health board, commercial and industrial clients.
With over 30 years of experience in the local market, 20 of which have been spent in consulting company directorships, Craig will focus on providing hands on project and technical leadership. His vision is to support clients in delivering project success and help them to meet organisational objectives.
Craig’s skills include:
- Strategic programme development
- Feasibility studies and high-level master-planning
- Project management and cost management through all phases of project delivery
- Procurement panel lead and contractor selection
- Detailed contractual documentation review with client and legal advisors prior to tender
- Engineer to Contract and Principals Representative role for project contracts
- Mediation and dispute resolution
