Morden is proud and excited to announce that Tim Clark has joined the Morden team in the role of Project Manager.
With over 35 years in the construction industry, Tim has well-proven skills and abilities in commercial and residential construction project management.

With his extensive experience as a site and project manager, Tim has managed everything from minor refits and renovations to complex, large-scale construction projects with total price tags of over $100m. His wide-ranging industry background makes Tim a natural fit with Morden and the company philosophy of, "Consultancy smarts with hands-on construction experience”.
Tim’s experience in commercial and residential construction project management includes involvement and engagement in all steps from initial concept to final sign off.
Over 35 years in the construction industry has seen Tim go from the role of apprentice carpenter to senior management roles. This has given him a comprehensive understanding of building sites and projects, right through from the people-on-the-tools to the big-picture aspects of contracts that help them come in on time and on budget.
Extensive experience as a site and project manager has seen Tim working with some of the major players in the sector.
Tim’s proven interpersonal and communication skills are crucial to successful project management. These skills are complemented by his wider building industry knowledge, leadership skills and operational competencies.
